Er oder sie ist im kooperierenden Unternehmen angestellt und wird f\u00fcr durchschnittlich <strong>acht Stunden im Monat<\/strong> freigestellt, um das Projekt in Planung und Durchf\u00fchrung zu unterst\u00fctzen. <br><strong>Aufgaben des Projektlotsen sind:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Sprachrohr:<\/strong> Vermittlung zwischen dem Unternehmen und dem Projektteam, wobei die Interessen und Bedarfe des Unternehmens vertreten werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Berater:<\/strong> Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Ermittlung der Weiterbildungsbedarfe Ihres Betriebes f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende 50+ und der Entwicklung passender Lernformate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Insider:<\/strong> Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Teilnahme an Projektmeetings und Einsicht in den Projektfortschritt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-custom-1-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warum Projektlotse werden? Als Kommunikatoren nehmen sie eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle f\u00fcr ihr Unternehmen ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Mitgestaltung:<\/strong> Die Projektlotsen haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, von Anfang bis Ende an einem spannenden Projekt mitzuarbeiten. Sie k\u00f6nnen an der Gestaltung f\u00fcr sie relevanter Weiterbildungen teilhaben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Pers\u00f6nliche Weiterbildung:<\/strong> Die Projektlotsen werden nach der Entwicklung des Weiterbildungsmodells kostenlos geschult. Au\u00dferdem kann das gesamte Unternehmen w\u00e4hrend der Projektlaufzeit auf vielf\u00e4ltige digitale Lernformate des bsw zugreifen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Kompetenzerweiterung:<\/strong> In der Projektarbeit werden wertvolle Management- und Organisationsf\u00e4higkeiten gelernt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Projektarbeit ist Arbeitszeit:<\/strong> Im Monat stehen den Projektlotsen durchschnittlich acht Stunden f\u00fcr die Projektarbeit zur Verf\u00fcgung.
