Ziel dieser Untersuchung war es, die aktuellen <strong>Erfahrungen, Bedarfe und Hindernisse<\/strong> in Bezug auf die Weiterbildungspraxis in Betrieben zu identifizieren. Fokus war dabei die Zielgruppe Frauen und Besch\u00e4ftigte ab 50 Jahren.
